how will the Steam version be different? You're ironing out bugs/balance or...? I feel like waiting for the Steam release to check out the update

it's not their first game. They've been making a little game every month or so, and a few slightly bigger ones like this one, for a while now.

Wouldn't it make more sense to phrase it "save your current game in the town square before updating"? That sounds less confusing to me. The way that I understand the expression "load from X location" is "be in X location when loading a game" which doesn't seem to be the intended meaning.

What does the "Remember to load your save from the town square." mean? Do I have to start new game and get to the town square and then load a game after getting a new version?

Had some more time on my hands today and finished all 5 victory conditions. I have some more thoughts.

1. A positive one - you seem to have solved both the issue of late-game bloat and paralysing amount of upkeep in Stacklands, as well as the issue of gameplay-stalling bottlenecks in Cultist Simulator. In other words, Beecarbonise maintains a steady pace throughout the whole playthrough and doesn't outstay its welcome. Congratulations! All three games brought something new to the table, I hope there'll be many more in this genre.

2. There's only one musical track. It's ok, but I quickly got tired of it, so I wanted to turn it off to play some of my own music but turns out there are no separate volume controls, just a global mute button! That's not ideal, I don't want to turn off sfx, all those pops and clicks are not only satisfying but provide gameplay information (like if event is about to end)!

3. So the way I understand, a "round" is a global unit of time that  also governs when random events spawn... why not display this global timer just like you do for each sector (seconds left till next round)?

4. It would have been nice to see resources-per-round count for each  of the three resources, not just for emissions. Would have been useful for balancing Money against People, and just in general fun to see.

Got my first victory, here's some feedback:

1. I think the upgrade bonus info (+ to resources) should be visible when you click a card, not just in the encyclopedia. These can be quite significant. The + and - to events being just in encyclopedia is fine, as they are less impactful.

2. Disappointed that the events don't have their text descriptions, just a name. Would make a playthrough more interesting to have more details about what happens, and there's educational value not just in talking only about methods of fighting climate change, but also the dangers. I very strongly felt that was missing, it feels a bit too abstract without it. If you could also describe hypothetical methods of mitigation (i.e. what actually happens when I click the "mitigate" button) that would have been even better. 

3. While at it you could put the events in encyclopedia too. And list the cards that modify their chance on their page. 

4. And also might make them "cards to discover" so you could look forward to getting a new not-seen-before event... Ok that might be a bit antithetic to the game's message, as they're mostly disasters we'd like to avoid, but from the gameplay point of view it would be better... at least for me. And there are beneficial events too, like "fringe research" (actually, because they're beneficial, you could reverse colours for them in encyclopedia so '+' is in green, not red)

4. You could mention in the "help" menu that "time" value = the number of seconds until the bar fills. Wasted some time looking for that info at the beginning. And confused if higher was slower or faster. 

5. I'm still not sure what precisely a "round" means, seeing as each sector has a separate timer.

Otherwise it got quite fun, once I figured it out, after witnessing absolute apocalypse the first 3 times (hopefully the message isn't that there's no way to succeed in fighting climate change at first attempt, we only have one ;) .

geothermal wells description is broken, it just reads "card_enc_entry/therma_drill"

checked it out for a few minutes, and I've run into two curious things... 

first the People sector has only space for two cards horizontally even though visually it seems like 3? I can't manually place a card there in the rightmost position. It can land there if automatically generated but it gets destroyed.

Second, I had a card created by solving an event (Pollution Regulation) land under another card in the industry sector (Hydro Energy) and had to drag it out from under it to see it (if I didn't it's like I had one more space?). When I reloaded the game, the Hydro Energy card was gone...

gogogo! clap clap clap! best ero platformer is coming one small step at a time!

I read the Patreon post, and am excited at the very thought of exploring the new areas! I'm trying various smut games and 99,9% don't cut it and 0,05% aren't even half as good or hot. Give your cat a pat from me!

whaaaa? there are other games?? well I guess it's not that surprising, cause this game shows some skill/experience in gamedev. I'm gonna wait for official western release though.

as for running I think it should be familiar to anyone who played a little known game:  Mario ;) the only thing I was confused with was it's called "dash" because "dash" is something else in most current games

Thanks for all the hard work of making a game. It's rare, I think, to see women devs have a crack at mostly male-oriented lewd games market. So that's points right off the bat. Nice pixel art style. I like the blocking animation sprites the most for some reason. Kinda unique and confident pose.

Unfortunately in the current state it has lots of bugs that prevent me from enjoying it:

- When I pause the game by pressing escape often the character suddenly starts playing the animation of getting hit although nothing happens and also becomes stuck - can't move left or right but can jump up and crack the whip. There's nothing to do but reload.

- once, the slime near the save point turned into a dog, then back to slime. Not sure what triggered it.

- I died and reloaded in the above situation and there was no slime after reload. I jumped down and couldn't get out at all, because the slime wasn't there, forcing another reload.

- I have no idea how collecting hearts into the big heart should work?

- having to press E to pick things up doesn't feel necessary, it slows down action (also, the item not always gets picked up, perhaps you should at least highlight it when in range)

- Controls also feel stiff and not always responsive, but I'm not a dev, so can't suggest how to improve that. Especially the whip. There seems to be a combo but it not always triggers.

- the sex animations are really cool but long so sometimes annoying if you get grabbed repeatedly. Some way of shaking the enemy off would be nice, by rapidly pressing left-right, for example.

Also, on a more subjective note, I dislike the trope of getting fucked solely for messing up. I know it's a standard in the genre, but I prefer for the character to have a more active role in initiating this (esp. since she's a succubus!). It's not just a femdom thing, it's the gameplay contradiction that I'm getting rewarded for losing. Suppose I play the game perfectly then I'm probably not gonna see almost any of the sexy stuff.

Hollow Knight controls feel a bit better, so there are always ways to improve. I'm not sure what kind of ways, but I'm not a designer.

Killing enemies is an abstract measure of time, but makes sure player is actively playing instead of leaving the game on and going to do sth in the kitchen. I've seen similar systems like that in games before, where time stands still and progresses if you take some action.

Hollow Knight is often compared to Dark Souls btw - Soulsvania = soulslike + metroidvania.

This one's absolutely phenomenal! It's the best ero platformer I've played, currently the only contender I know would be Future Fragments. First of all, it actually plays quite well, it can actually quite enjoy the game part! This is rare for ero games. Aspiring "dark souls of ero platformers" hehe. Then of course it delights my senses in all the right way ;) I adore your art, the CGs and especially the chibi look during platforming. I love the 100% futa theme, not enough futa games! I like monster girls being very monstery - like the caterpillar and the flower. I don't usually enjoy super chubby girls much, but somehow here I did. I love the sexy story that connects all of that and makes sense instead of being all jokes. The top down view when looking at the map is a super cool sexy effect. I love love love that the sex scenes are on WIN, not the usual rape on loss, which I hate. I like that it's all actually quite gentle compared to the standard ero game, which are full of brutal rape I don't like. Also, I like MUSHROOMS - yum!

Complaints, hmm... Sometimes the responsiveness isn't 100% right, esp with jumping, and farming money is a little too easy but I guess economy comes last. I think it would be better if pregnancy progressed with each killed enemy rather than with time. Also perhaps change the name from 'pregnancy' to 'incubation', since it's about eggs, idk? Other than that I really have no major complaints atm!

Requests/suggestions: will the CGs reflect your body choices? (small boobs, no balls, muscular etc). Or it's too difficult? Will there be a penis item that keeps the small penis? Some way to change the looks of an item, so I get the stats but keep my preferred look? I'm looking forward to other items that customise looks.

I really hope you finish this game. All the good (to me, at least) ero games seem to be in development, almost none finished :( When you finish you should sell it for a price or sth! It's unfair for such quality to be given 100% free. At least some paid DLC idk. Is there Patreon or sth?

Sorry for lots of words but this is a RARE gem!

demo feedback: I don't like that the climax part repeats three times (partly I just find it too long, partly because I don't like your ahegao faces, sorry) so I'd like to be able to press E to skip during a scene, not just before. And also to skip the cg images, sometimes I find they display too long. Just give me control over when I move on, by pressing E. I like when sexy stuff feels like part of gameplay, not a pause, so I make it fast.

Otherwise game seems nice, given the constraints of being a solo amateur passion project, I assume. Not enough futa-only games with actual gameplay and I like your character art is more on the thin side and how cartoonish it is. A little too easy for me.

no way to rebind keys? :(

is there no music (steam version)? also I get fps drops in all the games not sure how to fix...
